Mr. Mohamed Abdulla Mohamed Al Ameri

Founder

In the year 2003, Mr. Mohamed Abdulla Mohamed Al Ameri commenced his law practice after graduating from Emirates University Al Ain in the year 1985. In the year 2003, he started his practice in Abu Dhabi and was admitted to the U.A.E. courts of various jurisdictions. In the year 2006 he founded Mohamed Abdulla Lawyers and Legal Consultants in Dubai.
Mr. Mohamed Abdulla Mohamed Al Ameri is also an accredited arbitrator and has now completed more than 14 years of practice, advising local and multinational clients in various aspects of legal practice, mainly in the fields of corporate, maritime, aviation, banking, insurance and construction law.

Fatmah Homoud Rashed Abdulla Alsereidi is an Emirati lawyer who pleads cases before the Federal Courts and Dubai Courts, both at the first instance and appeal levels on behalf of the clients. She holds a bachelor degree in law from Saint Joseph University and has been recognized by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum for her academic excellence. Additionally, she has a bachelor degree in business administration from the Higher Colleges of Technology, where she was selected as a member of a group of students from UAE Universities to participate in an entrepreneurship training course in Italy. This opportunity was made possible through a scholarship provided by Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak. Fatima is now following two-year Master Studies at Dubai Police Academy in Commercial Law Fatima also possesses a professional diploma in family counseling from the University of Sharjah. She is a certified trainer and has successfully trained over 100 individuals in various courses. She actively participates in events and volunteer work in the UAE, including organizing activities for children in Quran memorization centers, private schools, and nurseries.

Samer Tohme, a graduate of the Lebanese University Faculty of Law in the year 2003. With over l5 years of experience, he has developed considerable expertise in Banking, Constructions, Real Estate and Insurance, Marine and Labour Law. His responsibilities include handling of all types of legal cases before the Courts of different Jurisdiction in the UAE. His responsibilities include:

  • Drafting of all types of legal Documents and Agreements.
  • Conducting research and providing legal opinions on all legal matters varying from construction whether under FIDIC or not, real estate, labour, banking and insurance arbitration etc.
  • Handling Court Cases related to Real Estate, Construction
  • Labour, Transport, Injunctions whether Civil or Commercial
  • Banking, Criminal etc. and drafting documents and memoranda, appeal and enforcing judgments.
  • Handling Arbitration Cases before DIAC and ADCCAC, attending arbitration hearings, preparing terms of reference, following up with the Centres and with the Tribunals thereafter and filing cases before the competent courts for ratification and/or annulment of Arbitration awards.
  • Providing legal assistance to international clients on various local laws and UAE Courts precedents in matters related to civil and commercial disputes. His advices also covered inheritance matters.

Pierre Mehawej graduated from the Lebanese University, Faculty of Law in the year 2000. He is a legal consultant specializing in real estate, construction, intellectual property and civil and commercial disputes. He has been working as a legal consultant in UAE since 2003. His responsibilities include:

  • Drafting of all type legal of contractual agreements, corporate procedures for setting up business in UAE and preparing Joint Ventures Agreements, MOA, MO~, POA and Share Transfer Deeds, Commercial Agency Agreements,
  • Setting up all type of companies whether onshore or offshore including Free Zones companies within all Emirates of UAE.
  • Advising on various legal matters varying from establishing and winding up companies, tenancy documents, construction whether under FIDIC or not, real estate, commercial & civil arbitration etc.
  • Representing on exclusive basis a major contractor in proceedings against semi-governmental entities worth of 150 AED Million
  • Representing major real estate developers in multimillions disputes before the UAE Courts and Arbitration Panels.
  • Liquidating a succession worth of 120 Million Euro in assets covering UAE, EUROPE and USA jurisdiction.
  • Advising Foreign Law Firms on various aspects of the UAE Legal System as well as the applicable Laws and Regulations.
  • Provide strategic advice for a group of companies in terms of restructuring, licensing process in UAE and offshore structures.
  • Acting as sole arbitrator, co-arbitrator and counsel in hundreds of claims before multiple arbitration centres including the ICC.
  • Advising on inheritance matters.
  • Handling various compensation claims related to commodity and securities trading and fraud involving the UAE Securities and Commodities Authority.
  • Handling insurance, compensation, and recovery claims.

In addition, he is an accredited arbitrator with Abu Dhabi Commercial Conciliation and Arbitration Centre (ADCCAC) since 2011.

Samir Bou Maroun is an Advocate and a Legal Consultant. Member of Beirut Bar Association since 1971, he has more than 45 years of legal experience. He is also an Arbitrator accredited by the Abu Dhabi Commercial Conciliation and Arbitration Centre (ADCCAC) since 2003 and was appointed as sole arbitrator or chairman of arbitral tribunal on numerous high values and complex arbitration matters. Through his long career, Samir Bou Maroun advised local and international clients on many aspects in particular in claims management, examining and arguing appeals and gained a leading expertise across all areas of construction and engineering industry, advising and representing high profile contractors or subcontractors, employers/owners, and consultants through the MENA region. In addition to construction matters, other areas of practice cover as well a wide range of advocacy, advisory and drafting work related to civil, commercial and contractual issues relating to commercial agencies, telecommunications disputes, insurance market, corporate, banking and capital market, real properties, maritime transport disputes and employment in the UAE, the Middle East, France and China. Based in Dubai for the last 29 years, Samir Bou Maroun worked as Senior Legal Consultant and acted on countless heavy court cases over the years.

Bernard El Hindi is an accomplished lawyer with extensive expertise in various areas of law. With a proven track record of success, he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our firm. He graduated from the Lebanese University Faculty of Law in 2001. He is a member of Beirut Bar Association since 2003 and certified legal consultant at Dubai Legal Affairs Department since 2019. Mr. Lowna Mohamed Sajid is a law graduate from Mangalore University, Karnataka, India, and is a life member of the Karnataka State Bar Council, Bengaluru (formerly Bangalore), India. He joined the firm as an associate in the year 2017. He has worked for number of law firms in Dubai-UAE. His responsibilities are centered on corporate, commercial and company law, company formation whether offshores or free zones, drafting, reviewing and amendment of various types of agreements, power of attorneys, board resolutions, drafting of legal notices and reply notices, providing consultation in the areas of incorporation, licensing, registration of companies in the free zones including offshore, providing opinion on labour laws, commercial laws, trademark laws, protection and enforcement.

Mr. Hamada Mohamed Hassan completed his law degree from the Banha University, Faculty of Law in Egypt in the year 2006. He worked with number of law firms in Egypt and Dubai-UAE before joining the firm in the year 2015. His responsibilities are centered on litigation, handling of rent cases, personal status cases, execution and arbitration.

Mr. Amr Mohammad Hassan Abdullah

Mr. Amr Mohammad Hassan Abdullah graduated from Alzakaziq University, faculty of Law in Egypt in the year 2008.
His responsibilities include contract review and drafting of various contracts and agreements. In addition, he supports the litigation team drafting memoranda and claims relating to civil and commercial disputes, filing of criminal cases and liaising with police and public prosecution.
